What is the history of the building?
Formerly built in 1927 as a bank, this historic building has been fully renovated to include state of the art design and materials with sustainability being a key component.
Is there air-conditioning?
Yes. All interior spaces are fully air-conditioned.
Is the building ADA compliant?
Yes. The building is ADA compliant with the exception of the Mezzanine level.
Is parking available?
There is street parking around the building and there are large parking lots opposite the building which can be rented with valet for larger events. Limited parking onsite possible by prior agreement.
Is there natural daylight?
Yes. High Ceilings and original windows make the center perfect for location shoots requiring large open spaces and plenty of natural light.
Is access to the building easy?
Yes. There are multiple entrances to access each area independently including gates at the front and rear of the building, making load in/out easy.
Is there access to Audio Visual equipment?
Yes. Renters have the opportunity to include a selection of Audio Visual Equipment including large screen, staging, podium, TV monitors and sound system and Wifi. A full list of audio visual equipment is available on request and above.
Is any furniture included?
The outside Courtyard area (when included in the rental) comes with a variety of outside furniture options which are movable and available for use.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. You can bring in your own vendors although we are happy to supply a list of local vendors (on request) who have experience working on our site including catering, rentals, florals, photography and entertainment.
