Working in the institutional typology, a campus-related project, or in areas adjacent to USC? See the first phase of USC’s master plan to complete construction–USC Village.

USC Village consists of six of the nine buildings located on a 14-acre parcel bounded by McClintock Avenue, Jefferson Boulevard and Hoover Street. Designed to conform to USC campus standards for Collegiate Gothic architecture, the new buildings house 2,600 students and provide 140,000 square feet of retail and amenity uses.

 

The project is Phase I of of master plan split into three phases of development. Overall, the master plan incorporates thirty-acre site sits immediately to the North of the University of Southern California’s downtown, Los Angeles campus.

The next two phases are expected to be constructed over a period of twenty years and will include up to 2,135,000 sf of new student housing and an additional 1,170,000 sf of retail and academic buildings.
