Melvin Williams, III, Assoc. AIA – Associate Global Digital Practice Leader, HKS
Melvin Williams III serves as the Associate Global Digital Practice Leader at HKS Inc., where he leverages over 20 years of architectural experience to guide teams in implementing cutting-edge design technology and fostering innovation across the American West Region. He champions digital best practices throughout all project stages, from pre- and post-commissioning to construction administration, integrating digital tools to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and optimize project outcomes. Dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary coordination, he implements the latest BIM, QA/QC management, VDC technologies, AI and data analytics to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency across teams and disciplines.
Thesla Collier, Intl. Assoc. AIA (she/her/hers) – Design Technology Manager, HNTB
Design Technology Manager at HNTB. Bachelor’s in architecture from the University of Honduras and has worked in the AEC Industry for over 25 years. Actively works with users to elevate their knowledge baseline to improve their skills on multiple software platforms. Seeking new avenues of technology to improve Design workflows possible to conceive, visualize, and adapt to a project’s specific needs.
Alison Muh, Assoc. AIA – Founder/CEO, Space Plan Wizard
Alison is the founder and head of product for Space Plan Wizard, an AI-powered first-of-its-kind AEC space management and analytics platform. Space Plan Wizard was created to support the seismic shift in how we assess and use office space in this post-pandemic era of hybrid work.
Designed for architects, designers, and strategists, Space Plan Wizard caters to space planning, programming, and benchmarking workflows. Informed design concepts and planning decisions can be made with greater accuracy and in a fraction of the time. Millions of square feet have been analyzed with Space Plan Wizard.
Alison was previously an architectural designer and strategist at a leading commercial architecture firm. She was fortunate to work extensively on high profile Fortune 500 design projects in a variety of sectors internationally. Frustration with the lack of innovative technical tools, reliance on legacy platforms, and siloed data, inspired her to create solutions to fill these technical gaps in the AEC proptech market.
Alison has a Master of Interior Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. Her recent speaking engagements include the AIA, CREWSF, and WorkX. She was recently published in Work Design Magazine.
Jason Rostar, AIA – Principal Corporate Practice Technology Leader, HED
With over 20 years of experience, Jason Rostar leads the Practice Technology group at HED, where he champions a holistic, integrated approach to project delivery. Specializing in the convergence of design and engineering, Jason drives the firm’s digital strategy by optimizing multi-disciplinary workflows and overseeing full BIM implementation. Beyond his expertise in the Autodesk ecosystem, Navisworks, and Rhinoceros 3D, he is dedicated to fostering a culture of technical excellence through comprehensive talent development and training.

Julide Bozoglu, Intl. Assoc. AIA (she/her/hers) – Director of Technology, Goettsch Partners
Julide Bozoglu is the Director of Technology at Goettsch Partners, where she leads the firm’s global tech stack, AI strategy, cloud transformation, and development of next-generation digital workflows. She drives large-scale initiatives including cloud adoption, common data environments, model ecosystem modernization, information management standards, and the integration of AI into everyday practice. Her work strengthens data-driven collaboration across the AECO industry and positions BIM as a foundation for building design intelligence.
Kimon Onuma, FAIA – President, Onuma Inc.
Kimon Onuma, FAIA is a technology strategist with 37+ years at the intersection of the built environment, data, and systems interoperability. Founder of ONUMA, Inc., he pioneered cloud-based BIM, GIS, and digital twin solutions, delivering cloudBIM in 2000. Kimon has led projects with major owners including the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. State Department, Department of Defense, VA, GSA, and the California Community Colleges. A longtime advocate of open standards and owner-driven ecosystems, he co-founded BIMStorm to accelerate collaborative innovation. His current work focuses on “Architecture of Intelligence” frameworks that connect people, buildings, and AI through measurable outcomes.
Kimon’s volunteer and industry leadership includes buildingSMART USA, AIA TAP, NIST, PNNL, the Coalition for Smarter Buildings (C4SB), USGBC, NIBS, ALN, the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), CURT, NCSEA, the National Academies, and the Healthcare BIM Consortium.
Leo Salcé – Principal, Avant Leap & Technology Strategist
Leo Salcé is a seasoned Technology Strategist with two decades of experience in technology consulting, delivering building life-cycle technology services and shaping innovative solutions for complex challenges. He holds degrees in Architecture and Computer Science. Leo has guided hundreds of AECO organizations worldwide. He is an educator, author, and lecturer on BIM, Sustainable Design, and the fusion of Digital Twins with IoT and Artificial Intelligence for practical industry applications. A frequent public speaker, Leo presents at international conferences like Autodesk University, BILT, AEC Next, Digital Built Week, Ashrae, Ecobuild, Techbuild, and others, delivering talks to inspire, educate, and provide actionable strategies.

Enrique Galicia has spent 17 years exploring how technology can genuinely serve the needs of the AECO industry. As Director of Innovations and AI, he works across multiple projects worldwide, blending research, development, and hands-on experience to bridge the gap between advanced tools and real-world applications. His expertise spans AI-driven workflows, automation, and platform solutions, always aiming to make technology more intuitive and practical.
A natural educator and problem-solver, Enrique has trained thousands of professionals, not just through online courses but by being deeply involved in teaching, consulting, and developing solutions that simplify complex processes. Whether through AI-enhanced design automation, smarter data strategies, or integrating AI into decision-making, his work is about making technology work for people—not the other way around. He frequently shares insights at industry events like Autodesk University and BIM Summits, always focusing on real impact rather than just trends.
Maria Victoria Ortega, Architect Intl. AIA – Strategy Consultant, Voyansi
Victoria Ortega is a consultant specializing in digital transformation for architects and engineers, with over a decade of experience helping design teams improve workflows, adopt BIM, and implement scalable project delivery processes. With a background in architecture and deep hands-on expertise in Revit-based production, coordination, and standards development, she has supported firms of all sizes in optimizing their design operations. Victoria has led multidisciplinary teams in the rollout of BIM execution plans, template development, model health strategies, and cross-office process alignment. Her work spans concept design through documentation, helping firms streamline collaboration, reduce rework, and increase efficiency through technology-enabled workflows. Having worked closely with U.S. practices and participated as a a speaker in major industry events such as Autodesk University and other AECO conferences, Victoria brings both technical proficiency and a practical understanding of how design teams function day-to-day. She is passionate about empowering architects and engineers to work smarter through thoughtful process design, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
With a strong foundation in the AEC industry, Roan Isaku brings deep experience across a wide range of building typologies, including residential, commercial, healthcare, and industrial. Since 2012, he has focused his career on Practice Technology, where he combines design insight with technical expertise to drive project success. As Practice Technology Leader at HED, Roan helps design teams leverage technology to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and exceed client expectations. Over the past two years, he has expanded his focus to include harvesting BIM data from project files, enabling firm leadership to analyze trends and make more informed decisions.
Vedran Dzebic, PhD – Research Director, Entro
Vedran leads Entro’s research and development department. His work sits at the intersection of cognitive neuroscience and environmental design. Vedran explores how environments shape thought, emotion, and behavior, with expertise spanning visual complexity, biophilic design, and emerging technologies. Vedran has presented internationally at AIA, ANFA, EDRA, the Biennial Conference on Environmental Psychology, and Intelligent Buildings International. He holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience.
Mary Clare Garrity, Allied AIA, Assoc. IIDA, LEED AP, PCCP – Director of Customer Success, Space Plan Wizard
With over 25 years of experience at leading design firms, Mary Clare is a seasoned Interior Designer and Workplace Strategist with a portfolio spanning from global portfolio optimizations to bespoke, small-scale projects. She brings deep expertise in workplace strategy, programming, blocking and stacking, portfolio planning, and change management. Her work is rooted in the pre-design phase, where she has led leadership workshops and engaged end users to uncover business goals and user needs. She is especially passionate about leveraging workplace metrics—past and present—to inform effective future-state strategies. As Director of Customer Success, Mary Clare helps onboard end users onto Space Plan Wizard – a workplace analytics software platform that supports data related to workplace and real estate decision-making. She guides organizations in identifying keymetrics and building the insight needed to make confident, data-driven decisions aligned with business goals.
