Alison was previously an architectural designer and strategist at a leading commercial architecture firm. She was fortunate to work extensively on high profile Fortune 500 design projects in a variety of sectors internationally. Frustration with the lack of innovative technical tools, reliance on legacy platforms, and siloed data, inspired her to create solutions to fill these technical gaps in the AEC proptech market.
Alison has a Master of Interior Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. Her recent speaking engagements include the AIA, CREWSF, and WorkX. She was recently published in Work Design Magazine.

Kimon Onuma, FAIA is a technology strategist with 37+ years at the intersection of the built environment, data, and systems interoperability. Founder of ONUMA, Inc., he pioneered cloud-based BIM, GIS, and digital twin solutions, delivering cloudBIM in 2000. Kimon has led projects with major owners including the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. State Department, Department of Defense, VA, GSA, and the California Community Colleges. Victoria Ortega is a consultant specializing in digital transformation for architects and engineers, with over a decade of experience helping design teams improve workflows, adopt BIM, and implement scalable project delivery processes. Vedran Dzebic, PhD – Research Director, Entro
Vedran leads Entro’s research and development department. His work sits at the intersection of cognitive neuroscience and environmental design. Vedran explores how environments shape thought, emotion, and behavior, with expertise spanning visual complexity, biophilic design, and emerging technologies. Vedran has presented internationally at AIA, ANFA, EDRA, the Biennial Conference on Environmental Psychology, and Intelligent Buildings International. He holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience.

With over 25 years of experience at leading design firms, Mary Clare is a seasoned Interior Designer and Workplace Strategist with a portfolio spanning from global portfolio optimizations to bespoke, small-scale projects. She brings deep expertise in workplace strategy, programming, blocking and stacking, portfolio planning, and change management. Her work is rooted in the pre-design phase, where she has led leadership workshops and engaged end users to uncover business goals and user needs. She is especially passionate about leveraging workplace metrics—past and present—to inform effective future-state strategies. As Director of Customer Success, Mary Clare helps onboard end users onto Space Plan Wizard – a workplace analytics software platform that supports data related to workplace and real estate decision-making. She guides organizations in identifying keymetrics and building the insight needed to make confident, data-driven decisions aligned with business goals.
