Powerful XL is only 5 months away, and we couldn’t be more excited! The theme for this year’s conference grows out of the focus from past years. In 2023, we focused on lifting up our voices, becoming advocates for ourselves and our work. This year, we turn our collective “Me” into “We”, highlighting the power of teamwork and collaboration in the field of architecture and across the entire AEC community. It takes a village to build a village, and who knows that more than the women involved in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, and Policy-making here in Los Angeles? Let’s come together and learn from one another, growing our networks while promoting what we do. All in the AEC community are welcome to contribute, and we encourage volunteers of all genders to consider joining in the fun!
