Hope Plaza harnesses nature and views to create a compassionate, patient-centric approach while delivering the highest standard of cancer care through a flexible, multidisciplinary model with the latest technology. The facility is organized to meet patient needs, with centralized elevators to minimize travel distances to proximate services. The program includes infusion bays, exam clinics, imaging rooms, phlebotomy and venous access device services, laboratory, pharmacy and patient amenity areas. The planning is organized to provide natural daylight and views to the spaces where people stay the longest; on the clinic floors, collaborative staff workrooms and on the infusion floors, infusion bays ring the floor plan.

Many thanks to City of Hope for sharing this transformative project, and to the teams led by DPR and CO Architects in association with EwingCole.
