ARCH TOUR FEST: Solar Wave

This timeless 2400 sq. ft hillside residence straddles the land on 3 levels. The visitor and resident traverses an egg shaped front door step that rejuvenates personal energy. The architecture uniquely connects to the site and goes beyond the mundane to share a story that resonates with design trends, societal needs and visionary thinking.

Tour Led By:

Martin Roy Mervel, AIA – Architect

Martin Roy Mervel is an accomplished Architect with over 40 years of experience. His practice is guided by a commitment to client satisfaction and a core mission to improve the planet, one project at a time. He delivers a diversified portfolio of both residential and commercial projects with competitive pricing.

Beyond his architectural discipline, he is a dedicated hands-on carpenter and ceramicist. This background underscores his deep appreciation for the human necessity of making objects and defining space. He believes that the demands of high-level collaboration, delivering on schedule and on budget, are equivalent to creating a “new economy of beauty.” For Mervel, design is independent of scale and is a critical element in our accelerated, evolving world.
