Michael has over 15 years of experience working on expedited large urban projects in the US and abroad. His expertise lies in projects that require tight scheduling while maintaining high client standards and quality control.

Michael leads the Special Services Group which focuses on one-of-a-kind projects that often require specialized management and innovative design and delivery approaches. These projects often involve complex renovation that require buildings to remain partially or fully occupied, or utilize fast track delivery approaches to meet aggressive schedule constraints.

David McCormickLead Project Accountant, US West, Arcadis

David is a team leader in the Accounting group of Arcadis IBI Group’s US West Practice. He brings on 10+ years of project-based accounting work to help provide accurate and precise financials to help promote good client relationships. His compliance, software and audit process knowledge help provide budget and coordination expertise. David Supports a team of Project Accountants and Accounting Specialists to help create strong cash flow, communication and understanding of financial information to everyone in his region.

 

 

 

 

 

Nathan Prevendar, Assoc AIAPartner, Frederick Fisher and Partners

Methodical but easygoing, Nathan Prevendar is a nimble manager of the entire design and construction process. Nathan cares deeply about his clients and teams, and is known for accessibility and responsiveness. His empathic yet objective approach to architectural practice has enabled him to lead all types and scales of FF&P projects, from large academic buildings to houses. Nathan obtained his Bachelor of Architecture from USC and his Master of Science in Architectural Studies from MIT.

 

David MateoController / Director of Operations, Frederick Fisher and Partners

David has been FF&P’s Controller and Director of Operations for four years, and came in with over twenty years of experience in accounting and finance. David has worked in a variety of industries which include manufacturing, engineering, and construction. As a life-long learner, David approaches the world of architecture accounting with enthusiasm and intrigue. With experience in IT, Human Resources and Payroll, David is a hands-on Controller that can think outside the box and provide creative solutions.

 

Stephen EpsteinChief Financial Officer, CO Architects

Stephen Epstein joined CO as Chief Financial Officer in 2018. He has over 25 years of experience providing leadership, strategic planning, and organizational and behavioral management. Stephen has consulted on ownership transition, practice management and leadership development training. Prior to joining CO, he was a principal with a national firm leading finance, operations, and human resources. Stephen holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration, both from Arizona State University.

 

Bryn LoweSenior Associate, Accountant, CO Architects

Senior Associate and Project Accountant Bryn Lowe joined CO Architects in 2019 with more than 15 years of experience working in finance and accounting for AEC firms in Kansas City, San Francisco and Los Angeles. He has been an instrumental part of the project team for some of the firm’s most complex healthcare, science & technology and education buildings. Bryn holds both a Bachelors of Finance and a Bachelors of Real Estate from University of Northern Iowa.
