Fountain is an adaptive reuse project consisting of an existing two-story building and an adjacent four-story addition that utilizes hybrid CLT construction. In total, the 60,000 SF project is a building specifically designed for creative office tenants. Collectively the project functions like a terraced hillside where each office suite has a generous deck and view of the Hollywood hills. An outdoor staircase connects all levels and inside the exposed structure creates a unique interior environment. This building demonstrates a new way of thinking about office design, adaptive reuse, and the new workplace environment.
