Chair
Jennifer Schab, AIA
Senior Director, Residential Living and Housing, Rios Clementi Hale Studios

Jennifer brought her extensive knowledge of the residential and educational markets to Rios Clementi Hale Studios in 1993. She has served as Project Architect on some of their highest-profile educational commissions, including the LAUSD Primary Centers. She has also worked on numerous private residential projects.

The first member of RCH staff to become a LEED Accredited Professional, Jennifer heads our sustainable design efforts. Her determination to find sustainable solutions, especially those that conserve the precious supply of water in the increasingly arid Southwest, permeates nearly every project they work on.

A California-licensed architect, Jennifer received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design and her Master of Science in Building Design from Columbia University. Jennifer was an instructor at the Otis College of Art and Design from 1989-97 and at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas from 2010-11.
