Whether for young offices developing a unique design language, or for established firms who return to the typology to investigate new ideas or demonstrate a refined sensibility, the residence has served as thoughtful home for clients and showcase for architects.
The AIA|LA Residential Architecture Awards is an inclusive program that invites work at all scales from firms of all sizes. Projects will remain in the category they were submitted in, and be compared to projects of like scale.
