These initiatives include Metro’s commitment to develop 10\,000 Homes on Metro property through joint development partnerships\, as well as investments in land use\, economic development\, and active transportation. Mr. Saponara holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
