Markets under Greg’s purview include all of Southern California\, as well as Clark County in Nevada. Greg is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the company’s real estate development activities in the region\, and for raising capital\, setting investment strategy\, creating deal flow\, financing projects\, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the regional team.
