I am seeking to gain further experience in a respectable US-based Architecture/ Interior Design office and currently working towards NCARB-AXP to gain licensure, and most willing to relocate for job advancements.  Skills: I am proficient in hand sketching and have gained REVIT experience working professionally on Commercial Offices, Educational and Mix-Used projects in a full-practice Architecture office based in Houston Texas for the last 9 months. I have completed the Revit Advanced course back in 3rd Quarter of 2014 and also attended the Revit 2017 Essentials training in March 2017. My applications skills include REVIT Architecture, AutoCAD Architecture, Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Distiller, Premier and Audition, 3D-Rhinoceros Architecture, Sketch Up and Grasshopper plugins, basic Maya for animation and Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Power-point and Excel, while also familiar with both Mac and PC environments.
 Qualifications: I hold a Professional degree in Architecture from The (AA) Architecture Association London School of Architecture. Gained an overall of 9+ years of professional experience in Interior Design in Singapore and 3+ years in Architecture practice in the UK and US combined.
 U.S. Work Status: I am a Green-card holder which allows me to have legal right to work in the USA with no work sponsorship required.
 US Experience: I have gained experience in commercial and mix-used projects with full-practice Architecture offices based in the Houston area and have involved in master planning, schematic design, design development and construction development phase, and Research & Development.
 Singapore Experience: I had 9+ years related work experience employed by firms which specialized in Interior Design and a part of those years in Architectural projects, and have worked on various educational, residential, commercial office, retail and hospitality projects for Interior Design & Architecture firms and Real Estate Property Developers based in Singapore. I have also gained practical Architectural experience as Part 2 Architectural Assistant in London-UK, after graduation.
 UK Experience: I worked as Architectural Assistant with Space Agency London Limited who collaborated with Aedas London on their BAA projects in London. I worked with a team on the Way-finding package for both Gatwick London Airport and the London Heathrow Airport, as well as the refurbishment package for the Euston Station and was involved in the different stages of schematic conceptualization, design development and the preparation of documentation submission for Tender & Addendum, inclusive of periodical site-visits, site-surveys & verifications.
 Certification/ Membership: I am a RIBA Chartered Architect (International Member) certified by the Royal Institute of British Architects, United Kingdom. I hold the AA-Diploma in Architecture (Equivalent to Master in Architecture validated by UK-NARIC) from The Architectural Association in London-UK, qualified as ARB/RIBA Part 2 Architectural Designer since 2011. I have obtained the 1st Class Honours degree in Interior Architecture from University of Central England-Birmingham Institute of Art & Design, UK, back in 2002, and received the Most Outstanding Student Award from Lasalle-SIA College of the Arts, Singapore, in the same year. Science & Technology, Architecture, Urban Planning and Visual Arts summarized my focus.
