LIMITED ACCESS BARRIER REMOVAL AND MAINTENANCE PROJECTS

DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES
VARIOUS LOCATIONS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

The Firm shall provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the remodel of various DMV facilities in Southern California. The responsible party shall be an architect or engineer licensed to practice in the State of California (CA) and all work shall be performed under and approved by a licensed design professional.

The services may include studies, program confirmation, geotechnical testing, surveying, master planning, preliminary plans, construction documents, cost estimates, bidding support, and construction support.

This is a multi-year, multi-site program with construction costs ranging from approximately $500,000 - $1,500,000 per site.

Interested firms may obtain a Request for Qualifications Package (RFQ) by downloading it from the eProcurement Division's California State Contracts
