Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County, Inc.(CAPSLO) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for selection of an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm(s) for design of the Homeless Service Center; in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
