How are designers best integrating research and practice?

"The work of Hirsuta promotes a disciplined formalism with a distinctly sensate bias. Informed by intensive research and an experimental approach, the work engages material dynamics in the production of form to create a direct appeal to the senses. Architecture's vitality requires more of its objects than mere visual presence; they must endeavor toward effervescent forms of engagement such that they nearly cling to the skin of those moving through them." - Jason Payne

On June 22 & June 23, we invite you to join us at the upcoming AIA|LA Design Conference to hear how leading design professionals are evolving the scope of their professional practice to enhance social, cultural and economic value.
