Robert will speak about the practice of theatre consulting, technologies used in performing arts buildings, and software platforms and technologies used in the design process.

ABOUT OUR GUEST PRESENTER
Robert Young is a Senior Theatre Consultant in the integrated theatre, acoustics and A/V practice. Robert has worked and designed for numerous regional theatres on both the East and West Coasts and for the New York City based production company Entertainment Events.

In addition, Robert has designed music performances by Joan Baez, Dave Carter and Tracy Grammer, David Crosby and Melissa Etheridge.

Within Arup, Robert leads the West Coast operations of Arup's integrated theatre consulting group, drawing on resources within the Los Angeles office and around Arup's global offices, delivering an international service, locally.
