DESCRIPTION: The City of Santa Monica has been a leader in supporting and promoting green building practices.  There are six homes in the city that are either certified LEED Platinum or anticipating that achievement.  To recognize this high mark of sustainability, the City invites you to tour these homes on March 20th, 2010.  Each home will host an open house from 10 AM to 3 PM where the architect or owner will be present to answer questions about that sustainable features and the process they went through.
