Bob Buswell, Technical Director at Walker Zanger, will present "Natural Stone: The Evolving Marketplace, Technology & Product Applications." This presentation will include a tour of Walker Zanger's facility and will cover the following key points:

• history of stone, modern day quarrying techniques, and stone's durability, beauty, and value
• the use and application of natural stone on landscape, interior and exterior
• learn about integrating trims, caps, stoops, pool copings, veneers, etc into your designs

Eddie Obymako, of Laticrete, Inc., will present "TCNA Handbook Updates for Architects #AIA19." This generic educational presentation for architects and specifiers will focus on the following updates:

• 2011 changes to the Tile Council of North America's Manual on ceramics, glass and stone tile installation
• ISO standards, environmental classifications, stone and glass methods & recommendations, crack isolation revisions and substrate flatness & lippage requirements
• learn how to find information within the newly expanded TCNA Manual
