In complement to the exhibition, this panel, composed of outdoor media professionals and legal experts, will focus on the city's recent debate surrounding LED billboards and illegal signage, and examine free speech rights as they relate to images on the streets. The panel will be facilitated by panel series curator Anne Bray of Freewaves.
