Journalist Frances Anderton, host of KCRW's DnA: Design and Architecture and L.A. editor of Dwell magazine, leads a discussion with:
Architect Mario Violich, who uses watercolor and drawing studies to launch his designs
Digital media pioneer Stephen Murray, who uses 3-D simulations to study Gothic cathedrals
Photographer and cultural historian Peter Hales, author of Silver Cities: Photographing American Urbanization, 1839-1939
This special event celebrates three architecture-themed exhibitions on view now at the Getty Center.
