This seminar will increase understanding of the current competitive market and how to leverage new trends in architecture team augmentation to increase firm flexibility and effectiveness; deadlines and staffing how to leverage new trends in team augmentation to meet client demands. This session will cover how firms can leverage new technologies and trends in the "gig economy" to grow their business and mitigate risk from market volatility.

Melissa Leonard, Skwerl CEO, has over 20 years of experience as a senior-level executive and entrepreneur across multiple industries. She earned a MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, and has completed post-graduate studies in strategy and advanced modeling (in conjunction with Harvard Business School and MIT, respectively). She brings a broad business background, with deep experience in leading new ventures and setting up labor optimization, outsourcing, technology implementation, and quality assurance operations. Melissa is the Vice Chair of AIAOC Woman in Architecture Committee. 

Muhammad Alnakash, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, CDT, Skwerl COO, is a licensed architect with national and international experience designing and executing various project types, from office buildings, to residential, to restaurants, to multi-million dollar masterplans. His collaborative and detail-oriented approach has served him well coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.  The primary goal to any project is to optimize the balance between scope, quality, cost and schedule.  Muhammad is a Licensed Architect in New Jersey, Texas, Ohio and California.
