Where:    Herman Miller Showroom, 3641 Holdrege Ave., Ste. 100, Los Angeles, CA  90016

This month's presentation of the AIA|LA Committee on Architecture in Healthcare will provide a view of the outlook and trends for outpatient healthcare buildings as seen through the eyes of healthcare real estate experts.

For this event, we have assembled a panel representing some of the major organizations involved in marketing, developing and leasing health care properties in the Southern California region. Our panel will respond to questions centered around the growing emphasis on population health and its impact on our built environment.  They will address issues of:
•    Retail Healthcare
•    Tenant Needs
•    OSHPD 3 Facilities
•    Adaptive Reuse
•    Primary, Specialty, and  Post-Acute Care
•    Additional Aspects Of Health Care Real Estate

Attendees will gain the benefit of understanding the forces driving the real estate development in healthcare and be exposed to the unique perspective of those who know what sells today, and why.

Our guest panel will be moderated by David Summers, P.E.  David is a Principal at Glumac Engineers, and a member of our Steering Committee.
