The LABBC is proud to offer our Partners access to Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing for their energy efficiency, water efficiency, and renewable energy projects. PACE provides fixed-rate, long-term financing to cover up to 100% of project costs, including labor and other soft costs.  Typical agreements require no out-of-pocket expense and generate immediate cash flow for building owners. The goal of the PACE program is to help implement performance upgrades that building owners, managers, and developers may feel are financially unattractive or unfeasible. With PACE, projects that have a 10 year simple payback can be cash-flow neutral, which opens up tremendous opportunities.
