Request for Proposal from Mountains Restoration Trust
Mountains Restoration Trust ("MRT"), a local non-profit conservation land trust, is seeking proposals to develop preliminary design for a portion of Headwaters Corner at Calabasas, an environmental and cultural interpretative center. The purpose of the RFP is to contract design services to implement the education and sustainable communities' component of the approved master plan known as the Modern Landscape InSite.

The Deliverables due date has been extended. Therefore, we are revising the Proposal Due Date to allow additional time to submit a complete package.
REVISED SCHEDULE 1. Release of RFP: January 11, 2009 2. Proposals Due: FEBRUARY 15, 2010 at 5:00 PM 3. Consultant Interviews: FEBRUARY 17 & 18, 2010 (Time TBD) 4. Selection of Consultant: FEBRUARY 22, 2010 5. Award of Contract: FEBRUARY 23, 2010 6. Deliverables due to MRT no later than APRIL 30, 2010
