Baseline Hillside Ordinance Public Workshops
Come join us in a series of public workshops throughout the City of Los Angeles for a presentation and discussion on proposed new regulations for single-family homes in hillside neighborhoods.
The Department of City Planning has been conducting a citywide study on how to best address the issue of out-of-scale single-family development in the hillside area. The Department has developed a citywide proposal that would ultimately address key issues raised by various communities including floor area ratios, height and stories, and grading limits.
This is your opportunity to learn more and to share your thoughts on the Department’s citywide proposal. Your input will help staff identify concerns with the proposal, and influence the outcome of the proposal. These efforts will ultimately result in proposed Code Amendments affecting single-family development in the City’s Hillside Areas. Please feel free to attend any of the meetings listed and everyone is welcome, so invite anyone who may also be interested.
